
he Woodbine Saddle Club annual meeting will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at the Woodbine United Methodist Church basement (509 Lincoln Way - across from Casey's) starting at 4:00 pm. There will be reports about the activities and events that the club was involved in from current officers and board members, our 2025/2026 rodeo queen Hadley Thomas, and information about the equestrian drill team, the Loess Hills Heatwave.
Election of officers and board members will be held. All officers are elected on a yearly basis and board members serve a two year term. Four board members have served their two year terms and will run for a position again or need to be replaced. Paid members and honorary members who are 18 or older as of the date of the annual meeting can run officer or board positions. Members from 10 years old can vote if their parents feel they are ready.
Club dues run from January 1 through December 31 of each year. They can be paid at any time during the year. Dues for an individual are $20.00 per year. Dues for a household are $40.00. They can be paid the night of the annual meeting or at a later time.
A pot luck supper will follow the meeting. The club will furnish soup, drinks and tableware. Please bring a side dish and/or dessert to share.
The club has many activities for people to enjoy and be involved with. You don't have to own a saddle to be a part of the saddle club! Guest are always welcome to attend the annual meeting and find out what the club is all about. Ya'all come and join in on the fun!!
